The annual St. Ann Carnival is next weekend. This is a major event for the community,our charter organization. All Scouts are expected to work at least one shift. We also need adult leaders and parents alike to provide two-deep supervision.
Our September campout will be focused on canoeing and shooting sports and will be held at Camp Cherokee near Athens TX. This is a chance for us to work on several of the skills that we competed in at the spring camporee. It is also a chance for those who are think about Northern Tier next summer to work on their canoeing basics. If time allows, we will also have some shooting sports activities at the end of the day.
For those who participated in the Rifle Shooting Merit Badge I need to see your completed Outline. The answers were provided during the class at Camp Wisdom. You can also find the answers in the Rifle Shooting Merit Badge Book.
